The beach
Roughly 75 yards, across the street from the neighbourhood and reached by a new boardwalk. There's no public parking nearby, so it stays quiet.
Perdido Key, Florida
Renovated top to bottom in late 2025. Gulf and bay views, a guest-only pool, and a boardwalk to the beach directly across the street.

The home
Fresh off a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation in late 2025, the townhome sits directly adjacent to Perdido Key State Park, with unobstructed views over both the Gulf and the bay.
The layout spreads across several levels, which means the two suites genuinely feel separate — each has its own bathroom and its own balcony.
